- Text message program information: for owners and employees who opt in to YellowBrick Alerts, your name, mobile number, the date and method of your consent, and a record of the alerts sent to you and any STOP or HELP replies.

Mobile numbers and text message consent collected for YellowBrick Alerts are used only to send those alerts. They are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted connections. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
