SMS Terms
Program name: YellowBrick Alerts
Program description: YellowBrick Alerts is an internal text message program. It sends operational alerts to Yellow Brick Property LLC owners and employees who have opted in. Alerts may include property emergencies, maintenance or safety issues, security and fraud notices about company accounts, and urgent operational or schedule updates. The program does not send marketing messages and is not offered to the public.
How to opt in: Owners and employees opt in by completing and signing the Employee Text Alert Consent form and providing their mobile number.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on business activity and events.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at info@yellowbrick.org.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and the YellowBrick Alerts program are provided "as is."
