Yellow Brick Property LLC ("Yellow Brick") sends internal text message alerts through its YellowBrick Alerts program to owners and employees who agree to receive them. Please read this form and sign below if you would like to receive these alerts on your mobile phone.
Types of alerts
- Property emergencies (for example fire, flood, no heat, or other urgent tenant or building issues)
- Maintenance and safety issues that need prompt attention
- Security and fraud notices about company bank accounts and systems
- Urgent operational or schedule updates
YellowBrick Alerts does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on business activity and events. Between 9 PM and 7 AM Eastern, only emergency and fraud alerts are sent.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile phone plan.
Opting out and help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@yellowbrick.org. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Voluntary consent
Your consent is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, and you will not be treated differently if you decline or later opt out.
Privacy
